Oh my pretty blog is so neglected! Those books listed in my sidebar - do you know how long ago I was actually reading them?! (And sadly, I didn't finish either one.) There is so much junk over there that doesn't need to be there. Do you seriously need to know my mood every day? (Because who are we kidding - I update that thing twice a year.) And we won't even touch on that blogroll - I know there are at least a few links there that no longer exist! Labels: ramblings
So I will be revamping my sidebar a little. I hope to unclutter it a bit, and I have some important links I'd like to add there. I'm sure no one pays attention, but if you're so inclined, keep an eye on it in the next week or so while I change things up a little. I just might hide a little surprise in there.
I mentioned a while back that we were all sick. We've been on the mend for weeks it seems, and just when we think we're healthy, we're knocked down. Out of the blue the other night Little Man had a fever, and then just as fast it was gone again. I now have a lovely hacking cough and a raspy voice. I'm so tired of being almost well. These germs going around must the ornery strain, because the kids can't seem to be in the same room together without fighting. What happened to the sweet children who would play together so sweetly for 4 minutes before yelling at each other?! They are even picking fights with me! I got a box of Fiber One Oats and Chocolate bars for myself, and I only got one of them! The kids LOVED them, which is good, but also bad because SO DID I! I will be buying more!
On the upside, the weather here has been beautiful the last few days. It's so nice to open the windows and let the fresh air in. It sure is going to suck when it snows again, because it will snow again.
