The first time I posted about Adagio Tea, I did so to receive a free sample. (And they came through with flying colors!) I have since become a repeat customer, and this time I'm posting just because I am so impressed with them.
First of all, there are many fine tea companies out there (and I order from several of them), but Adagio is the only one I've come across that actually sends out all their tea packaged properly in a tin. And secondly, my experience with their customer service has been outstanding. Because I believe customer service is an all but extinct business practice, I thought I'd post about them again, as a sort of "thank you."
